Q:What's your warranty for your products?
A:1-3 year, it is based on differenr material
Q, What's the minimum order?
A:MOQ for FOB trade terms must be 10pcs.If EXW Foshan or you have loading container in Foshan,1 piece is acceptable.
Q, Do you accept sample test for 1 piece to my country?
A:Yes, sample test is available, we charge 30-50% additional as the sample cost if you only order 1 pc, we will return sample cost when you repeat the order to the QTY of a 20'GP container
Q:What's the delivery time?
A:10-25 working days for sample: 35 days for 40HQ container
Q,How do I buy it and what's the payment terms?
A:For FOB or EXW terms, you can T/T to our company account after we confirmed the proforma invoice with all detailed description or Sales Contract.

Q,If i received imperfect products, What's the guarantee and after-sales?
A:we have the obligation to provide seaworthy packing material. but its also possible to damaged by other reasons such as inland transportation and improper loading and effected by external environmental factors for rattan and steel. we will try to help to cover an insurance against such possible effect factors. but if you found parts lost or painting fall off, please take photos and notes the problems. we'll re-send new parts to you. if you can not fix chair well, please refer to installation manual and email us, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.
